When Christmas is tricky
Well hello there. Pardon this ‘during the week’ interruption, but a thought came to mind.
Remarkable as it may seem, December has rolled around again - which is a bit of a pleasant surprise for us here in LA, considering that in January, we were basically on fire.
Anyhoos, it’s December, and with Christmas, and Kwanzaa, and Hanukkah fast approaching, the question gnawing away on everyone’s mind is gift giving and what to get that particularly tricky giftee in your life - you know the one where every year you have to wrack your brains for an answer as to what to get them, and most years you settle for socks.
Well, this year I may have the solution. You see, Notes From The Valley Volume 3 is finally out on Hardback, Paperback, Kindle, and Audiobook1 (available everywhere - even the UK, Canada, and Australia ), so why not get them that? Because then, you see, your giftee will be so disturbed by the appalling punctuation, and the general insult to literature that it is, that next year they’ll present you with their very own personalized wish list - for fear that, if they don’t help you out a bit more, you might actually get them volume 4.
Smart right? Just a wee suggestion. Holidays can be overwhelming and I do like to do my bit to help. :)
Back again as normal on Sunday.
Very best,
Lynn

The audiobook version is just awaiting final review approval. I’m “reliably informed” that it usually takes 10 days. {Though that may be for a more reputable literary text with better punctuation and fewer curse words.}
